How EMK Evolved handles contact information and opportunity descriptions submitted through this website.
What we collect
When you submit a founder pitch, we collect contact information, your idea or business name, category, current stage, overview, funding needs and any optional information you choose to provide. Investor inquiries collect your name, email, interest and optional message.
How it is used
We use this information to evaluate whether there may be a reason to contact you about your submission. We do not use the forms to automatically enroll you in marketing or sell your information. We may need to consult relevant advisors under appropriate conditions for specific next steps.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in the EMK Evolved service's private database on its hosting server. Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Email notifications are not configured yet.
Protect your confidential ideas
Please do not submit trade secrets, sensitive personal identifiers, protected intellectual property details or financial account data through these introductory forms. A submission does not create a confidentiality agreement or non-disclosure agreement.
Questions and data removal
For privacy questions or data removal requests, please use our contact form and begin your message with “Privacy request.” Do not include sensitive identifiers in your message.
